Director
Simon holds a Quantity Surveying degree from Northumbria University, UK, and began his career in property before returning to lead Long Zhuan Development, whose upscale into Crestern Property he spearheaded in 2018. A hands-on leader, he works closely with his team across development projects and external tenders, and oversees construction to ensure smooth completion and delivery.
Director
Alvin holds a Management and Business degree from the University of Hull (2010). He leads the company's business development and drives development projects with strategic, creative thinking. Together with Simon, he co-founded Crestern Property in 2018.
