Simon Chan Huan Yong, Director
Mr Simon commenced his career in the property industry for more than 5 years before returning to Long Zhuan Development to lead the company. With his visionary leadership, Long Zhuan Development is upscaled to Crestern Property in 2018.
He holds a Quantity Surveying Degree from the Northumbria University, UK. He is a passionate leader with vast knowledge and experience. Working closely with his team, he has accomplished various development projects and external tendered projects efficiently over the years. He also manages construction projects to ensure smooth completion and delivery.
Alvin Chan Huan Jiang, Director
With a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, Mr Alvin spearheads the business development of the company and all development projects with creativity and innovation. He attended the University of Hull and received his Management and Business Degree in 2010. Together with Mr Simon, they founded Crestern Property in 2018.
